Steps

1. Acceptance Letter from DLI.
2. Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) – required as of 2024/2025 for most undergrad.
3. Apply Online IMM 5709 form.
4. Documents Acceptance, proof of funds (tuition + $20,635/year living), ties, GIC for some.
5. Fees $150 + biometrics.
6. Medical, Police if Needed
7. Approval Port of Entry letter, get permit at entry or mailed.

Co-op permits, post-grad work.
